In the late 50’s and early 60’s vending machines began gaining in popularity. It was then that Bos’ decided to make vending services their core competency. Today Jerry Bos(40+ years experience) remains very much involved in the business as does his son John Bos. Jerry and John oversee ordering all inventory. John (22 years experience) also manages all 10 route drivers on staff. Jerry’ Nephew Curt (27 years experience) manages all onsite installation, maintenance, and repair functions. Repair person Hendrick (30 years experience) has worked closely with Curt to address any repair issues as they arise. Jerry’s wife Kathy Bos along with a staff of three oversees all of the accounting functions of the business. Mike(26 years experience) with a staff of three, orders and prepares all equipment slated for installation. Jim has been aboard 5 years in a sales/account management role. At J. Bos we are fortunate have some great people aboard to continue to serve our clients in a timely and professional manor. J. The Bos Family business began in 1930 with current owner Jerry Bos’ father starting out as a candy and tobacco wholesaler in West Michigan.
